Don't know what I'd do if Asymmetrical

War came to America as in Ukraine.

These are everyday folks thrust into fucking hell.

Being a Queer peacenik lay about.

I'd hope I'd be a volunteer medic in the field.

Though if it came to it.

In our kind of war, I'd be facing Kluxers and Nazis.

So even at my age I might fight.

I'd last five minutes but you fucking do the do.

I think my year living on the streets gave me certain skills. 

This in face of deranged murderous chaos.

Then there's what we already know:

"The best way to win a war is to not have one."

I hope witnessing this madness will temper 

the fantasy of a new Civil War here. 

Because this is exactly what it would look like. 

War is losing everything. 

Your family friends home and worst of all.
