I can see poor ol' George Jetson. 'Living in an old refrigerator in a vast homeless encampment. This on the parking lot of the former "Spacely Sprockets". He also stupidly had a DNA test that found he was actually Black with a touch of Neptunian.

Jane divorced him behind that. She was always bit racist. "Sprockets" was sold to the Koreans who then sent the plant to Mars. This because slavery is legal there,...no wages no insurance. An investors paradise!

George is eating out of dumpsters.

His daughter Judy, ...see above, is in the Space Force fighting Ice Demons on Europa. His son Elroy writes malware code to pay for his virtual reality addiction.

His ex-wife Jane lives with an A.I. hologram of Eleanor Roosevelt, and Mr. Spacely got impaled by the Yakuza. ...never piss them guys off.

This perhaps more accurate 21st century story.
