Here's what I'm thinking tonight.

Democracy is fragile always has been. Which is why it mostly does not work in many parts of the world. This could still all go south. There can, and may still be an effective overthrow of the new administration by the previous one. This because now there is doubt if all forces protecting the new government will. It's that simple. 

Security officials are expecting some state houses to be over run even destroyed. This during the planned attacks on all 50 state houses by violent rebels. This because some local law enforcement forces will not stop the insurrectionists. 

Similar fears are being mentioned as to the loyalty of some National Guard detachments. These it is feared may ignore orders from their governors or even their commanding officers. They may sit out the attacks or worse join in.

Mind still,...most will stay loyal. 

At least for this round. What the future holds as always is unknown. However based on what's now going on it may be dark. If you are a national of another country. Especially if it's stable,...go home. Go home now while you can.

The rest of us will have to take our chances.
