As you may have read the nights over the Emerald City 

have blazed with fireworks for a month now.

Many reasons many conspiracy theories.

See above the rocket's red glare.

This literally outside my living room window!

Bottom line it's a celebration of Life.

Most of us made it.

We're still alive whereas tens of thousands died. 

At least that's what the folks shooting off them rockets say.

Can't speak for other parties or agencies.

Like below we're just glad we're alive.

Sounds racist today.

However the context of a war we could have lost. 

Lost if we made just a few more stupid mistakes.
