As I noted earlier it was near 90f in my digs today.
Anything over 75f...never mind humidity.
Just that is a heatwave to me.

However this didn't stop me from painting my bathroom.
I didn't mean to. One thing just followed another.
I've been slowly doing my digs over since April.

Plastering cleaning painting the works.
It's meditative,...mostly.
They put in the new ceiling for my bathroom.
That thing implodes once or twice a year.

Anyway I put on a primer coat.
Then it got out of hand.
One thing led to another,
and in 90f degree heat I painted my bathroom.

Just finished,...mostly.
Touch ups later.

I had stopped working on my digs.
Stopped everything.
This when Gorge Floyd was murdered before our eyes.

I feared I'd never to start anything again.
My heart could take no more,...I just sat wept slept, and wept.

However we begin again. Wiser more heartful than before.
Be safe be kind be well.

  1. That dog is very similar to the dog I had as a child, a Siberian husky. They're very happy in the snow, in the heat not so much.

  2. I must have been a Husky a few lives ago.
No pal of the heat either.
