"...in the Life"

I peeked at the world this evening. There was a major school shooting in Colorado. Death happened. The Dems are pissed, and fed up w/#45, and threaten Impeachment.

There's a new space telescope,...if it ain't defunded, which can see everything in the sky,...you heard right. Everything. Including planets around other stars.

However more to the point it was a bright warm sunny day. I went for a short walk, and sat on the parkway. I also washed some t-shirts, and hung them on my fire escape as per urban tradition.

Then it rained.

This evening I was reading when it occurred to me that rain was happily splashing against my windows,...like it really wanted to come in. Crap my stuff!!

They came in wetter than when I put them out.
Granted in the scheme of things not so bad. What with murders bigotries mayhem madness routine in our country. Still wet shirts are wet shirts. I'll try again tomorrow.
