The subject of the evil Garrison Keillor, Google him, came up on another site. I really don't remember the vile sins he committed against women. I think something about sex or a related matter. Anyway a mild infraction in normal times, but a capital crime these days.
I once called a radical lesbian feminist a "...fucking book burning cunt Bitch." Which she is. This was so out of character for me as kindly Uncle Sid that I was forgiven. Even by the Bitch.
We're friendly again. She now calls herself "Your Bitch". This so long as she can call me "Her Bitch". Which she does, and I do.
Would that fuck-ups between the genders could be so resolved. I mean becoming each other's Bitches.
As for Comrade Keillor.
He made the gender mistakes that guys of his generation routinely do. He acknowledged these asked for, and should be forgiven.
Except it seems by those that want his savagely beaten severed head on a pike in the town square.
That, and to dance about his burning torso beneath said pike. Chanting "..Cut Men Up!,...Chop them Up,...Eat them Up!,...etc."
For the rest of us it's time he came out of the penalty box, and got back to work. He's needed in these demented days.
In fact there's Comrade Keillor above expressing shame guilt for both having, and using a penis.
Not once, but repeatedly in thought, and deed.

I think they're going after guys who remind them of The Pussygrabber in Chief, against whom pussy hat parades have proven ineffectual.

ReplyDeleteI do not know what Mr. Keillor has done that warranted him losing his job. I know that he was not accused of any sort of criminal mischief. The trouble with this business of people making accusations is that the force of the accusation can wreck a person's good name, and ruin them financially. No proof is needed. Notwithstanding the real possibility of foul behavior this is, in my opinion, part of a larger moral panic.
