A sunless world night eternal night. Ruined city. I sat on a pile of bricks watching huge dirigibles. Vast floating cities silent as they floated by.
Silent burning. They sailed over me one after another bright flaming clouds. Burning but not consumed.Saturday, November 5, 2022

I love the airships. If you have to peruse a ruined city, in a giant dirigible is the way to do it. You float far above the troubles of the world, secure in your airborne city, with vistas stretching remotely in all directions.
ReplyDeleteFeeling a little glum this evening. Former child star Aaron Carter died yesterday, age 34. I remember that guy from when he was a little kid prancing around on stage. They say he drowned, in the tub I think.

I read of it. I am sorry. He was a sweet kiddie actor. Was thinking of tub death of celebs. Usually because of over weariness drink and or dope. Never get into a tub tired or intoxicated. I take showers...have religiously since the 80's. The height of my doper daze. I preferred being tidy for my religious experiences.
ReplyDeleteAs for airships we should have kept to them. Besides their small toxic footprint. These wonders are just that...wonders. We have made few beautiful things with our technologies. Airships are one of them.
