The fall of places of worship always gives pause.
How fleeting are g-ds how quickly new ones appear.
It’s now a vacant lot.
You’d never know people prayed and hoped there for 128 years.
For everything and everyone there is a season.
What did they do that for? It smacks of the destruction of Penn Station: destroy something great in order to replace it with something stunningly inferior, or with nothing at all.

In this case nothing at all...still vacant after near four years. This in a hot NYC land market. This sez...rather loudly it was political. They even chipped away the subway tiles...this was a hit.
