We need more than a moment. Eleanor Roosevelt made “Freedom From Fear” part of the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights for a reason. A moment of peace is not enough. A brief desperate scratching out of tiny bits of calm. We need more than mere moments hours or days. I don’t care if it’s not practical or even possible. Every living creature on this earth deserves just by being born whole lifetimes of peace beauty sanity, and joy.
"Peace", "Beauty", "Sanity", and "Joy"? I vaguely remember these words but will have to look them up in the dictionary since I don't know what they mean any more.
