We're having Primary Elections in NYC. From sending in my application with registration confirmation. Getting a Mail Ballot filling it out, and today mailing it in. I was able to do all this in less than a week. Without personal appearance questions or delays. This because I live in the American part of this country. Voting is 'supposed' to be this free this easy, and quick.
