Well all good things.
I've been online via a grant.
This I'm informed soon is ending.
I cannot afford to continue.
It's been real.
So long Folks.
I am now posting on >>>> "Book of Days" (sidneyinhell.blogspot.com) This due to tech problems with Blogsplot. The ot...
What does this mean?
ReplyDeleteBlogs are free. Is it your internet connection you are talking about? OMG! Say not so !!!
Sidney, if it is your internet connection you are losing, can't you get a cheap dongle to connect with a sim card? Or maybe connect via nearby wifi? OMG! I don't want to hear that you will no longer be posting !!!
ReplyDeleteCome back Sidney! Come back! All the Muses are crying!
ReplyDelete...---... ...---... ...---...
ReplyDeleteCome in Uncle!
Somehow hang in there!
We are totally freaked out and distressed.
Please find a way to come back Uncle!
ReplyDelete"Z" are you out there?
I can't believe this is happening!
I don't want the faeries to go away.
ReplyDeleteZ
Please find some way to continue. We can't stand the thought of living without your posts!
ReplyDeleteMy pages will remain up. Only my connection may soon end. In time I will try to find a way back on. Thank you for your sweaty hysteria. It is a comfort. Also the faeries will never leave us.
ReplyDeleteFind some way to stay connected. My word... isn't there some free wifi you can access? We will go totally crazy if you stop posting. Ya hear? We need this contact with our brothers!
ReplyDeleteHang in there!!!
Dear Sydney, There is a brand spanking new pandemic government funded program called the EBB Program: Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. Many internet providers are participating. As long as the program lasts, it provides a monthly credit of $50 for a 250 MBPS connection. Apply! Get free / discounted internet!:

Monday to Friday 9AM - 9PM (833) 511-0311
I recommend applying with a human on the other end of the phone so as to not make any mistakes since their online application is confusing.
It's easy to mistakenly apply for the Life Line Service instead of EBB. You'll probably have to wait an 1 hour to 1.5 hours to get through to a human, although it might be a shorter wait if you call exactly at 9AM. In any event, it's better to have to wait once to talk to a human than twice. They drop any phone calls that they have not already answered around 9 PM, So call by 7:30 PM at the latest.
P.S. the last email address I had for you no longer works. I did leave 2 messages on the last phone number I had for you yesterday evening, not sure if that phone number is still yours.
My email and phone numbers are the same as ever.
Much love,
Nat
Sidney, please follow through on this kindly suggestion that your wonderful friend Nat has made. What a beautiful person he must be. If I had such a thoughtful friend as Nat, I would be dancing day and night!
ReplyDeleteI don't know you Nat, but all my love goes out to you for your reaching out to Sidney.
Your message is heartwarming, to say the least.
Hi Nat.
ReplyDeleteYes sorry all of my contact info is outdated...it's been a serious decade. You'd think it'd get easier as we got older...no such luck. Anyway I'm glad you're still there. I seem to be still more or less breathing still as well.
I never got around to updating my email here on this page...or any other pages. As you recall I'm solitary. Thank you for the information for getting hooked up after things go dark here. You are as always thoughtfully kind, thank you.
Btw I have no phone at the moment...never used them much when I had any number of them. However here's my email address. If I get to it I'll put it in the works of the page as well. There below >>>
unclessmith@mail.com
...and that number in New Jersey!
Remember that from I think some Radio Shack adverts.
unclessmith@mail.com
I look at it every few days or so. Love to hear from you,...indeed from any of the comrades as well.
Thank you again.
Btw Nat speaking of email...send me yours. Again I'm at unclessmith@mail.com
ReplyDeleteI've lost so much stuff in these years. While I'm still online I'll try to mail you.
