WASHINGTON — The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday brushed aside the lawsuit filed by Texas that sought to overturn Joe Biden's election victory in four battleground states. President Donald Trump called the case "the big one," and 126 of the 196 Republicans in the House urged the court to take it. But the justices acted quickly to turn it down. So the ruling was essentially a unanimous rejection of the Texas claims.

"This is no surprise — dozens of judges, election officials from both parties, and Trump's own Attorney General have dismissed his baseless attempts to deny that he lost the election," he said. "President-elect Biden's clear and commanding victory will be ratified by the Electoral College on Monday, and he will be sworn in on January 20th."  (...NY Times.) 

Basically the Trump Coup has failed. 

#45 failed in trying to stop votes by mail he failed at having states toss out those mail votes. He failed in pressuring states to refuse to seat rightful electors, and replace them with electors loyal to Trump. 

He failed in stealing the election by packing federal courts with hand picked judges.#45 failed even when he packed the Supreme Court specifically with Justices that would side with him in any election dispute. The dismissed both his cases,...Pennsylvania, and Texas with one sentence unanimous kiss off's. 

He just failed period.

He's a orange painted elevator shoe wearing Elmer Fudd loser with little hands a tiny toad stool dick no heart no fucking brains, and he may go to fucking jail. The upside is that many of his mob of worshippers think the Virus is a hoax.

So these are getting sick, and dying in record numbers. That problem is solving itself. No tho' I tried I have very little compassion for them. These people that have said outright that they want a defensive genocide against all people of color in this country. Let nature, an their stupidity take it's course.

Now comes the anti-toxic clean up by Uncle Joe, and Aunt Harris. The W.H. is a petri dish of COVID infection, and evil vibes. I think ya can hire special companies to hose that down, and shovel that up.  Hey this is still America so I expect them to be a massive disappointment on too many levels to go into now. However perhaps we need a quiet moderate literate few years to uncage those brown kids, and air the stink out of the White House.
