My old radio pal Sharon Mattlin sent a photo of a tree we planted up north at her parent's place near 40 years ago. Oh the 80's. Anyway the thing is as big as the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree now,...who knew. That, and it's colors are already coming. See also the first changed leaves in my 'Hood. Assorted bushes, and parts of some trees are thinking about turning.

Summer went like a Speedball binge on greased skates this year. Started with cops murdering unarmed Black folks. Race riots, and is ending with exactly the same. Ain't we got fun. Btw I applied for my Absentee Ballot. Should arrive in about a week or so.
