Though the above is some Batman villain.
He's complaining about the noisy Arthur Rimbaud poetry party across the street. 
Them things tend to get out of hand.

  2. I hear they're still hammering out the committee assignments, and other basic stuff. Then there's the Dionysian bloc that has to be addressed. They want in on the ground floor this time.
