The Great War 1914~1918. The war ended on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918. 101 years ago today. This was the first engagement of the 20th century's 100 years war. We are currently in it's messy aftermath or the Terror Wars.
The first Hundred years War was in the 14th century.
The Great War as was hoped was not the War to end all Wars. It was the start of a Century of Death which continues to this very moment.
From many centuries back, Europe is a charnel house. Aside from the Balkan region, they've had a three generations hiatus from the usual slaughter and mayhem. I'm afraid fairly soon it'll be back to business as usual.

ReplyDeleteI see extermination attempts against European Muslims. Some now third or fourth generation European,...no matter. Like the Jews before them they are not seen as European despite their roots there.
Turkey is a near Nuclear power Pakistan 'is' a nuclear power. They may not sit idly as this extinction is performed.
When #45 wins his new term,...and he will.
There will be nothing to restrain his whims or tantrums...he 'will' pull us out of NATO one morning of midnight we all know this.
That done There you have the elements of WW4.
Who started WW4, and the extinction of Europe,...Russia.
