"I'm Trying to Calm Down"
I've been for some time badly stressed about my life events, and the world. "Troubles come not singlely, but in Battalions". I think we're all there. Only the details differ.
However I've had a simple insight.
Trauma, and fear changes nothing. Do the best you can with what you have. That, and help those close to you. Be at peace as best you can. No storm lasts forever. We are stronger because of the gale.
Better times will return.

“The first thought of the day. The best way to begin each day well is to think upon awakening whether we could not give at least one person pleasure on this day. If this practice could be accepted as a substitute for the religious habit of prayer, our fellow men would benefit by this change.”
