    I've always even as a child thanks to my Buddhist grandma. Understood the Christian "Mary" as a cultural survival of the Mother Goddess.
    This the very first theology cooked up by humanity.

    Life comes from women. Females of all species so no surprise folks thought this somewhat important, and made g-ds accordingly.

    How anyone thought that a mean murderous old man that lived in the sky did anything worthwhile besides smiting at random remains a mystery to me.

    So a life, and nature oriented understanding of things is how I've lived my whole life.
