"...artifacts"

Spent the morning after fighting off Demon Zombies,...see below. Spent my down time watching footage from 100 to 120 year ago. Much of it now digitally restored, and speed corrected.

For decades on TV we were shown that footage as speeded up comedic materials. Not the precious historical artifacts they are. They look straight into the camera often. Film equipment as exotic as holographic equipment is today.

They stared into the future, and we look back from over century later. I'm moved by these preserved visions of common people just wandering about living their lives. This as folks have done since we fell out of the trees.

This is part of what the internet was supposed to be for.
