So the 2nd most powerful army in the world has only one main plant making or repairing their tanks. That and vital parts are made in several other countries. Which they no longer have access to so it’s all shut down. Also this same army has been fought to a standstill and lost 20% of it's tanks to a force ten times smaller. The math here is very bad…for them. However they are still the 2nd most powerful army.
