My Day

in two parts.

Went to Kings County Medical Hub for check up, and meds.

Apparently I'm alive. Much relived. Going there it was Hot! Empty streets Hot.

After getting poked drained, and looked at.

I got a cab home.

A neat Senegalese guy.

He said this NYC heat was nothing compared to back home. ?!!! Good grief.

The sky went dark, and opened up as we got to my front door.

My cabbie gave me a thumbs up, and drove off into the Brooklyn Monsoon.

Long day.

When I got home I shut down.

Must have been the heat, and them meds.

Slept for 12 hours.

Now I'm either having a very late dinner or a very early breakfast.
