It's a warm Spring day, but I'm fucking freezing. Same in the night,...now that they stopped sending up heat for the season. What da fuck? You know how old folks are always complaining about being cold. I remember while caretaking for my elder Aunt Tempy. It could be a steamy heatwave, but she's have the windows closed the A.C. unplugged, and be rapped in a comforter.

Or so I thought then. Seems that action has just now caught up with me. So naturally I Googled it. When ya gets to be an elder your body changes again. Remember how nuts ya went when you were 15,...same thing now in reverse.
Your assorted internal jazz just can't generate the heat it used to. Your body mass is less thinner skin all that jazz,...just swell. A neighbor mentioned how much weight I had had lost. ...??? I did?

Forget diets time will do the trick just fine. Ya won't even notice. On da upside my electrics cost will be less this summer. Since like my Aunt Tempy I'll have unplugged my air conditioner. 'Be sitting watching cartoons wrapped in a quilt, and sipping hot soup during them scary Emerald City heatwaves. Which btw are on the way.
