Inching to 100f~37c at my kitchen window. 

Nippon Barbie confirms it's hot as bleep! 
Officially it's lower.
I don't live in the park where they take the readings. 

Drink water,...tho' I'm a fan of crushed ice orange juice.
Take it easy, and nap till evening.

    Stay hydrated. I love fresh squeezed orange juice over ice myself. This is a good routine you have during this heat Sid.
