Well,...
More countries locked down. World Health Organization, and the CDC a month or more late calls it a Pandemic. This delay has already cost lives. Spain went offline today Italy the day before. Ireland soon much of the UE to follow The Saudi's went a few days ago.

Our head of State was forced to declare a State of Emegrgency.
He had for weeks refused anything because he didn't want the numbers to rise thereby damaging his re-election chances. 

What a shit. 

He even tried to stop that liner from docking in San Francisco because it would raise the infected, and death numbers. He would have left them to die sea to get re-elected.

The Port Authority let them in anyway under quarentine.

That's what's happening. 
Local State County City, and Township authorities have taken matters into their own hands because there is no effective National leadership.

Locally some rushes to makets. Folks buying in some parts of the Emerald City like it's the Missile Crisis of '62.
However as I witnessed most are keeping their heads. I now have two weeks of non-perishables. The amount suggested tho' I'm getting more.

This because we cannot rely on any part of this government for help...not a crumb. We're on our own. We need to help each other.

The Emerald City is slowly shutting down. 
Shops starting to close. Theatres closed. Plans to stagger work so the rush hour isn't as vast. Limits of public gathering concerts demonstrations all that.

My private Doc can't see me for over a month because of her case load. So I have to take the chance of going to our Medical Hub Kings County,...the largest in the State Southern District.
So I have to risk getting this thing there so I can get my Diabetes meds.

Either one of these things will kill me at my age.

Heck of a choice huh?
