I don't like robots. In fact I fucking hate them,...so did Flash Gordon, but for different reasons. Them fuckers are going to evaporate every job in existence.
The designers engineers, and assorted corporate sociopaths that enabled them will be terminated in due course as well.
There has been no thought as to what happens to whole populations of the jobless once these digital mechanical job killers are inserted into an already collapsing economy. ...as to that.

It begins with checkout machines. I’m all for smashing ‘em. Snooper cams too. Also it’s time to review our heavy dependence on ATMs.
ReplyDeleteTechnologies can be phased out. Have you noticed how personal drones have faded from the headlines, going the way of flashlight lasers? I bet there are reasons for that, on both counts

Them lasers were being used by morons to blind airline, and military pilots. Those items are too dangerous to be put into the hands of people as stupid as Americans.
So these items are both gone. Albeit for different reasons.
Sort of like the way free City Colleges which were once somewhat common are now pay to play. Two many educated critically thinking people is also bad for business.
