ReplyDeleteThis is what google and twitter and facebook have been doing a lot of lately. If they don't like your content they make it disappear as if it had never been.

Full disclosure sometimes I edit or remove my stuff as ya knows. However not those. Yes they do tamper with content. I watch sci/fi live streams by fans. The Chat bar is routinely censored by YouTube...as in you see them disappear.
ReplyDeleteThey like Tumblr are a family platform now. Tumblr removed 'all' adult materials. Which is odd because 80%+ of their content was straight porn.
As in the Chat line for the sci/fi YouTube channels if things get salty as in language or too excited...zap...gone.
This actually happened a few time in the past 'here'. I posted a Von Gloden portrait, and came back a few hours later,...gone. On the upside they used to delete your whole page. I guess they have better tech for pinpoint smart bombing.
So I warning folks about the fact that interment camps may be in some of our futures is now banned.
So far fully dressed pretty youths, and shirtless dolls still make the grade for now. I had a feeling that "Butter" post would vanish. Clearly my ever doing a Queer blog of the sort I used to in now impossible.

It may not be that long before dissident content has to be distributed by print materials again.

As I said in the removed posts. If you're young just leave. Especially if you're among the usual suspects. It is beyond reform or repair.
