Earlier I mentioned I went to my fav take out for Chinese Dumplings. 'So happy it came back,...survived the pandemic. My friend Matisse posted himself cooking some up. This reminded me. I once watched the take out family make the day's load of dumplings. Mama was fixing the stuffing her kids were folding it up in bread dough with spices. All the while laffing, and chatting. Food made with love is blessed.
