Another school shooting today. Mass shootings are back in force. That, and cops are shooting unarmed black men for fun like always. Sure COVID still flaring in places, but there's the feeling it's about over. Maybe another 50,000 yet to die or so.
Funny how quick we got used to deaths at the level. To think folks made a fetish of the barely 3000 or so from 9/11. We even went to war for 20 years over it.
This,...near 600,000 dead. Nothing. We've already forgot.
So once again mass shootings routine interpersonal executions back. Several in the last week or so. More to come as the weather heats up. The coming heatwaves will bring slaughters urban, and rural. Hell I might get done myself this time. There's a lot of fucked over desperate folks everywhere. Plus guns stupidity bigotries delusions, and just regular human meanness out there.
