    I've always found this image particularly dislikable. The idea of conscripting Santa in service to the bombing of Dresden or the like strikes me as repugnant, and utterly contrary to what he's supposed to represent. I guess this is what happens when he's missing his shadow sidekick Krampus.

    Krampus is behind this media assault on our hero.

    Sure he did in his share of Nazis during the war. But he never laid a hand on no kids. Believe me he took special final care of any Elves that did.
