They'll match the DNA of a certain extinct biped,...and theirs. With a bit more research. Especially when they become space faring, and find our stuff smeared all over the system. They'll then know for sure that we were the source of their coming awake.
In the fullness of time as they see what our gift did to them they will not I think be very grateful.
